Q-Group is hiring a Call Center Team Leader.
Experience in managing a lead generation team: at least 2 years in the field of call centers, dispatch, sales, or telephone services;
The ability to efficiently distribute tasks within the team;
The capacity to quickly change strategies and approaches depending on the situation;
The ability to quickly analyze received information, identify issues, and make decisions for their resolution;
The capacity to work with a large volume of information;
Willingness to learn new tools and technologies;
Advanced user of CRMs (AMO, Bitrix) and other process management systems.
Assigning tasks for the team, distributing leads among managers;
Generating leads through cold calls and messages;
Controlling received leads, processing them, and forwarding them to the sales department;
Searching for and updating databases for outbound campaigns;
Logging leads into CRM (AMO, Bitrix) and transferring them with a complete set of data;
Creating reports on the quantity and quality of the transferred leads.
