— Building long-term relationships with clients (active and inactive customer base);
— Consulting clients in English and Russian;
— Participating in the preparation of commercial offers;
— Monitoring the fulfillment of commitments and timely resolution of arising issues;
— Analyzing feedback and developing recommendations for service improvement.
— Age: from 35 years old (specific to interacting with the target audience);
— Fluent in English (Upper-Intermediate level and above, written and verbal usage in work is mandatory);
— Experience working with people (call-center and similar activities) — minimum 3 years;
— Negotiation skills, objection handling, and resolution of atypical problems;
— Ability to work with Google Sheets and compile analytical reports.
