The Smile Dent Team dental clinic is looking for an Event Assistant, Italian C1/C2 level.
-Interaction with Italian patients during their treatment stay at the clinic
-Conducting informative inductions, with explanations of all the stages of the patients' stay in the clinic and the excursion program.
-Monitoring patient satisfaction levels and relaying feedback to management.
-Organizing and conducting various excursions for patients
-Creating photo and video content during events
-Publishing content on social networks, in accordance with the posting schedule
-Compiling reports on the activities conducted
-Correct communication in Italian, level C1-C2 (verbal and written)
-Relevant experience in customer service
