We are a local company specialized in the sale of phytosanitary products and plant protection products (trace elements, seeds) for the agricultural sector in Moldova. In addition to quality products, our team offers agronomic consulting to farmers, which has earned us a recognized name in the local market and consistent growth.
In this context, we are looking for a dedicated and organized individual for the position of Logistics - Purchasing Manager, who will contribute to the efficiency of operational and logistical processes.
Reception, processing, and distribution of information for activity optimization;
Processing customer orders;
Management of company documentation (contracts, invoices, route sheets, etc.);
Market analysis for domestic and international carriers (searching, price negotiation);
Monitoring the import-export chain and collaboration with ANSA, customs, brokers;
Management of agricultural product purchases (transportation, costs, records up to elevator-port-customs, documentation);
Planning daily dispatch routes (dispatcher, quantity, volume, direction, distance);
Constant contact with managers for efficient coordination;
Supplying the agricultural store and monitoring stock levels in warehouses.
Knowledge of Romanian and Russian languages;
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills;
Attention to detail, punctuality, and responsibility;
User-level PC operating skills;
Team spirit and the ability to collaborate effectively.
