Medical Transport Manager
We are one of the largest companies in Romania, with 30 years of experience in the collection and neutralization of medical waste.
Analysis and allocation of new customer locations on existing routes.
Handling daily customer calls and managing their requests.
Daily input and processing of data (packaging, driver details, etc.).
Daily issuance of roadmaps and transport documents.
Sending transport documents to the accounting department for billing.
Handling customer requests for occasional waste pickup and including it in the roadmap.
Daily collection and analysis of roadmaps from drivers.
Correcting, checking, and closing the route according to internal procedures.
Ensuring transport documents necessary for waste neutralization are signed and stamped.
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
Excellent organizational skills and management of transportation routes.
Communication skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of Romanian and Russian languages.
