REDHawk Dispatch is looking for a Dispatch Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our truck dispatching team. In this supervisory role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination and efficient movement of freight, while leading a team of dispatchers to meet client and company goals.
Supervise and coordinate the daily work of dispatchers.
Monitor freight schedules to ensure on-time pick-up and delivery.
Handle escalations and resolve operational issues in real time.
Train and support dispatchers to improve efficiency and service quality.
Maintain communication with drivers, carriers, and clients.
Prepare and analyze daily performance reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Flexibility to work in shifts aligned with US market hours
