Job description

“VIORICA-COSMETIC” is the largest producer of cosmetic products in the Republic of Moldova, with stable expansion and sales growth of at least 35% each year. The company's products, “VIORICA-COSMETIC”, win international awards every year.

Now, “VIORICA-COSMETIC” is seeking a Junior Sourcing Agent / International Logistics.

Responsibility

- Monitoring, analysis of transportation costs and delivery times; - Optimization of the logistic chain; - Coordination and monitoring of imports. Checking documents; - Negotiation and correspondence with business partners; - Working with suppliers, contracts, searching for the best price and terms; - Experience in procurement and knowledge of the Customs Code would be a benefit; - Working with customs brokers and calculating taxes; - Keeping track of reciprocal settlements with suppliers and fulfilling tasks set by the manager.

Obligations

Higher education in economics, law, or transport logistics;
At least one year of experience in the field;
Advanced proficiency in Romanian, Russian, and English;
Experience collaborating with customs authorities;
Experience working with carriers;
Ability to organize work processes and drive towards results.
