As a dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in our operations by negotiating competitive rates and securing loads for our trucks, managing 6-7 drivers simultaneously, and effectively troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise.
Previous proven work experience in the same position (trucking dispatch)
Advanced English knowledge
Attentive on details, responsible and focus minded
Desire to develop, grow and work in a team
Only company-employed drivers (no owner-operators)
Drivers are paid by the mile
