Dear friends, we are looking for a Human Resources Specialist in Bălți, sector of activity - accounting services.
Office Manager duties;
Implementing the recruitment strategy to attract and select talented individuals;
Organizing and coordinating the recruitment and selection process for potential candidates (posting job ads, screening resumes, organizing interviews, and providing feedback).
Higher education completed;
Communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
Knowledge of the Romanian and Russian languages;
Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Office suite;
Discipline, responsibility, ability to work in a team.

Work schedule: full-time from 8:30 to 17:30 or from 9:00 to 18:00 (1-hour lunch break).
