Consulting with clients regarding the medical services provided by the medical institution;
Scheduling patients with specialist doctors through the information system;
Registering patients in the clinic's information system;
Taking and directing telephone calls.
Education level - specialized secondary/higher education (ongoing studies accepted);
Proficient in Romanian and Russian - advanced level (knowledge of a foreign language will be an advantage);
Skills in effective communication, negotiation, and conflict mediation;
Advanced user level PC skills (Word and Excel);
Experience (pediatric department) or working with children - an advantage;
official employment in the workforce (comprehensive social package);
