To create and tailor your own sales department.
To meet your own and the department's sales targets within the set deadlines.
To fulfill all the department’s KPIs.
Implementing CRM.
To develop a trade marketing action strategy for segments.
Organizing trainings for top clients.
Work experience required: 1-3 years in FMCG retail
Knowledge of the local language
Must own a car
