Regional Manager (Bălți)
Our clients now need security systems more than ever. Therefore, if you have experience in active sales of technical products, then you are the person we need!
Tasks to be completed:
Searching for potential clients in the region;
Identifying client needs and proposing solutions to meet them;
Conducting presentations;
Managing and updating the company's client database;
Promoting the company’s products and services;
Collaborating with sales points and clients (product assortment, orders, monitoring deliveries, client payments, receivables);
Analyzing and planning the necessary indicators and actions to achieve the sales plan in the territory.
In our view, a regional manager is a person who:
Understands the market in their region;
Has experience in B2B sales (technical products are an advantage);
Is proficient in MS Office programs, 1C (an advantage);
Possesses skills in analysis, planning, and forecasting sales indicators;
Knows how to position and "sell" an idea as an opportunity or perspective;
Is determined to work hard to achieve goals;
Charisma and flexibility are also welcome.
