Project Manager

Engagement in activities related to the preparation of plans and projects for the new work or in the preparation of sections of plans and projects, monitoring the stage of works from a quantitative and qualitative perspective, drafting activity reports, coordinating and controlling field teams and their activities;

To develop construction plans, to prepare project plans for the construction process;

Setting goals and current tasks in the approved area of activity and organizing work to achieve them, forecasting results;

To prepare activity reports;

To coordinate and monitor field teams and their activities;

Establishing the list of works required for the implementation of the proposed initiative, as well as the quantity, designation, and cost of the necessary resources;

Identifying deviations that may negatively affect the final outcome of the construction project and taking measures to correct the situation;

To study construction plans and ensure their implementation;

To ensure the comprehension and adherence by the subordinate staff to the project's execution provisions and applicable technical prescriptions;

Make proposals to the manager regarding the improvement of the organization's activity, prepare drafts for relevant orders.

Higher education in the field of construction;

Experience in the field - 5 years;
