Alliance Monpawer is in search of a dedicated and communicative Customer Relations Manager to ensure an excellent experience for clients and to contribute to the development of business relationships.

• Managing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients

• Responding to client inquiries and providing efficient solutions.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills,

• Customer and solution-oriented,

• Knowledge of Romanian and Russian,

• Ability to work independently and in a team,

• Experience with CRMs;

• Desire to learn and grow.

• Advanced level knowledge of Russian (mandatory) – both spoken and written.

Salary from 12,000 MDL.
