We are looking for a Ticket Sales Representative for our team.
Interacting with customers, answering calls and emails, offering different travel options.
Providing information about tickets, prices and flight schedules.
Making reservations for clients based on their requirements and budget.
Selling and promoting booking services.
Providing high quality service over the phone and maintaining long-term relationships with customers.
You do not have to be involved in full-time studies.
Knowledge of English at level B2 or higher (speaking, writing, reading).
Solid organizational and communication skills (verbal and written).
Previous experience in customer-facing environments, preferably in the tourism industry (an advantage).
Sales experience is a plus.
Ability to work independently, prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Quick learning and ability to assimilate new concepts.
Solid negotiation and time management skills.
Availability to work night shifts.
