Eco Mobility SRL, a Bolt partner in Moldova, is expanding its team and is looking for an Operational Manager to actively contribute to enhancing the experience of users and drivers and to implement effective operational strategies.
- Designing and implementing strategies for increasing driver engagement and retention
- Developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborating with local and international Bolt teams
- Monitoring and analyzing performance indicators
- Advocacy for the brand and compliance with local regulations
- Higher education in fields such as Business, Economics, or Management
- Minimum of 5 years experience in operational management
- Advanced leadership skills, analytical thinking, and data orientation
- Foreign languages: Romanian (native), English (advanced), Russian (intermediate)
- Advanced use of Excel, CRM, PowerPoint, BI Tools
- Driving license category B (own transport is an advantage)
