Development of the Bumbăcel brand strategy and product concepts.
Conducting market research and analyzing customer and user needs,
Identifying trends and assessing the competition to discover new product opportunities.
Coordinating product launches and monitoring their performance post-launch
Managing and developing the product/new collections for the Bumbăcel brand.
Planning and organizing marketing activities for the company's brands.
Developing and implementing merchandising programs in collaboration with sales and logistics departments.
Collaborating with producers and suppliers
Managing the product assortment and setting prices.
Experience: minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in Product Management.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify opportunities and to formulate long-term product strategies.
Technical Skills: Understanding of basic technical concepts and the ability to collaborate effectively with development teams. Previous experience in design and retail is a plus.
Excellent Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with all hierarchical levels, from developers to executives, and to "sell" the product vision.
Organization and Prioritization: Organization and project management skills.
Analytical Skills: Ability to make decisions based on concrete information.
Education: Completed higher education (in technical, economics, IT, or related fields).
Foreign Languages: Fluent knowledge of Romanian and Russian. Knowledge of English is an advantage.
