Job description

The international company DHL Express, specializing in the express delivery of mail and goods, is looking for a Customer Service Department Consultant.

Responsibility

  • Communicating with clients via phone, email, or in person, providing expert consultations;

  • Processing requests, applications, and complaints;

  • Working with DHL's specialized programs and applications;

  • Interacting with the company's internal departments.

Obligations

  • Higher education diploma (completed);

  • Excellent knowledge of Russian, Romanian, and English languages (mandatory);

  • Understanding of customer service principles;

  • Previous experience in a related field is an advantage but not mandatory;

  • Good level of computer skills;

  • Communication skills, tact, and active listening;

  • Ability to learn quickly and a desire to acquire new knowledge and develop;

  • Attention to detail and discipline.
