The international company DHL Express, specializing in the express delivery of mail and goods, is looking for a Customer Service Department Consultant.
Communicating with clients via phone, email, or in person, providing expert consultations;
Processing requests, applications, and complaints;
Working with DHL's specialized programs and applications;
Interacting with the company's internal departments.
Higher education diploma (completed);
Excellent knowledge of Russian, Romanian, and English languages (mandatory);
Understanding of customer service principles;
Previous experience in a related field is an advantage but not mandatory;
Good level of computer skills;
Communication skills, tact, and active listening;
Ability to learn quickly and a desire to acquire new knowledge and develop;
Attention to detail and discipline.
