About Our Client for whom we are recruiting:
We are known for our commitment to provide innovative technological solutions in software and hardware for the agricultural and transportation industries. Our approach to operational management is innovative, aiming to facilitate the development of the agricultural business. Our software, SAS by Cropio, offers farmers remote control over vegetation, agricultural machinery, weather conditions, and land plots.

In this regard, the Sales Manager role - software product significantly contributes to the achievement of our mission.

Responsibility

  • You will communicate daily with our clients, building long-term partnership relationships;

  • You will actively participate in training sessions, client presentations, events, and exhibitions;

  • You will deliver information about the company's products (software and hardware equipment);

  • You will negotiate customized solutions and possibilities;

  • You will provide consultancy and support regarding the use and capabilities of the software;

  • You will be responsible for concluding contracts.

Obligations

  • Experience in sales, familiarity with working in a CRM;

  • Strong knowledge about everything related to B2B sales;

  • Higher education in economics, business, and administration or other equivalent fields;

  • Driver's license + at least 2 years of experience;

  • Basic digital knowledge;

  • Passion for technologies;

  • Social skills in communication, negotiation, and networking;

  • Strong linguistic abilities in written and spoken form (Ro, Ru, Eng- B1);

  • Time management skills;

  • Planning and prioritizing abilities;

  • Emotional intelligence and openness to people;

  • Customer-oriented;

  • Perseverance and consistency;

  • Responsibility and autonomy.

Salary

Working conditions
