Key Account Manager (B2B)

Responsibility

  • Managing existing corporate client relationships

  • Identifying and attracting new clients from the business segment

  • Promoting the company's services and products

  • Negotiating offers and concluding contracts

  • Retaining and building loyalty among strategic clients

  • Using CRM to update and track leads

Obligations

  • Previous experience in B2B sales (corporate accounts)

  • Advanced PC skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint

  • Experience with CRMs (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or Bitrix etc.)

  • Knowledge of consultative sales process (SPIN Selling – advantageous)

  • Analysis, organization, and prioritization skills

  • Higher education in economics, management, or telecommunications

  • Driving license, category B
