To accelerate this growth, we are looking for an experienced Regional Manager in retail, capable of coordinating teams and implementing effective sales strategies.
You coordinate the operations of 10-15 stores in the network, ensuring the achievement of sales and profitability goals
You implement and monitor operational procedures and business strategies at the store level
You oversee product presentation, shelf organization, and labeling
Managing inventory and coordinating periodic stock takes
You recruit, train, and motivate store teams, ensuring their performance
You coordinate the distribution of advertising materials in stores
You actively participate in the opening and relocation of stores in your area
You analyze the retail market and propose strategies to increase sales
You look for new commercial spaces to expand the store network
Ideal Candidate Profile
Managerial experience in retail and team coordination
Solid knowledge of a store's performance indicators and the ability to optimize them
Organizational skills, quick decision-making, and results orientation
Ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
Advanced knowledge of Romanian and Russian languages
Driver's license and availability for frequent travel
Solid skills in using Microsoft Office
Attractive salary package: fixed salary of 15000 Net + performance bonuses
