Job description

We are seeking Regional Sales Managers who can identify new clients and maintain long-lasting relationships with existing ones, thereby contributing to the growth of our active customer base and sales.

Whether you have experience in sales or are just starting out, we have a special program designed to train a group of beginner Sales Managers. We will coach you to become a Professional Regional Manager in Agricultural Equipment.

Responsibility

  • Identifying and attracting new customers to expand our client base;

  • Conducting field visits to engage with potential clients;

  • Introducing the company's products to new clients in the area;

  • Assessing customer needs and requirements to provide customized solutions;

  • Improving relationships with existing clients to ensure their loyalty and satisfaction;

  • Informing clients about new offers, presenting the products;

  • Maintaining the relationship even after the sale;

  • Actively participating in training to enhance technical knowledge and sales skills;

  • Presenting at exhibitions, events, and seminars to attract new clients and promote products;

  • Collaborating with the Senior Salesperson to gain additional experience and knowledge in the field and to successfully execute initial sales.

Obligations

  • Class B driver's license;

  • Higher education, secondary education (preferably in Agriculture, Transport);

  • Fluency in Romanian and Russian;

  • Digital skills (Internet, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Google Drive);

  • Sociable without fear of communication;

  • Willingness to learn and thoroughly understand the product;

  • High level of motivation for personal development;

  • Desire to continuously grow in the field of Agricultural Equipment and Sales;

  • Knowledge of Agricultural Equipment would be an advantage but not mandatory;

  • Familiarity with negotiation strategies, presentation, and relationship building;

  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail;

  • Strong results orientation;

Salary

  • Attractive salary starting from 10,000 lei Gross + incentives and KPI bonuses (based on performance).

Working conditions

  • Flexible Schedule. Work 50% on-site and 50% in the Office, Monday - Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
