Job description

We are looking for a responsible, organized and customer-oriented person to coordinate and manage customer relations activities within our company. The role requires effective communication, accuracy in document management and a good understanding of administrative processes.

Responsibility

  • Customer processing: prompt and professional response to messages and calls, providing clear support and information.

  • Document management: preparing and verifying handover-reception documents for customers.

  • Processing requests for tax invoices: collaborating directly with customers requesting invoices and sending freight lists to the accounting department for issuing tax documents.

  • Financial records: monitoring and updating the status of paid and unpaid debts of customers.

  • Cargo balance control: maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of cargo balances and movements.

Obligations

  • Experience in managing customer relations teams.

  • Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills.

  • Strong customer and solution orientation.

  • Solid knowledge of PC operation.

  • Knowledge of Romanian and Russian languages.
