Our client is a market leader in Moldova, providing security systems including surveillance and access control. The company designs and implements security solutions that protect businesses from expenses and theft, creating an effective tool for process monitoring and management. Operating in the Moldovan market since 2002, they are currently seeking a Customer Support Department Manager.

Responsibility

  • - Management and leadership of the technical support department, including hiring and training staff

  • - Organization and control of workflows within the department

  • - Development and optimization of customer service procedures and standards

  • - Organization and implementation of training for staff skill enhancement

  • - Ensuring timely and effective response to customer inquiries and requests

  • - Monitoring and analyzing department performance data and developing improvement plans

Obligations

  • - Experience in technical support or related fields

  • - Experience in managing a team

  • - Technical education or profound technical understanding

  • - Excellent communication and organizational skills
