Operational Manager

Field of activity: Urban and suburban ground passenger transportation.

-Designing and executing strategies for increasing driver engagement and retention;

-Developing relationships with stakeholders;

-Collaborating with the central and local team;

-Minimum 5 years of operational management experience;

-Higher education in Business, Economics, Management, or other related fields;

-Advanced use of Excel, CRM, BI Tools, Power Point;

-Driving license B;

Company laptop and phone;

Transportation pass;

Meal vouchers;

The salary will be specified during the interview.

Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM-6:00 PM, with occasional travel in the field.
