We are looking for a responsible, organized and customer-oriented person to coordinate and manage customer relations activities within our company. The role requires effective communication, accuracy in document management and a good understanding of administrative processes.
Customer processing: prompt and professional response to messages and calls, providing clear support and information.
Document management: preparing and verifying handover-reception documents for customers.
Processing requests for tax invoices: collaborating directly with customers requesting invoices and sending freight lists to the accounting department for issuing tax documents.
Financial records: monitoring and updating the status of paid and unpaid debts of customers.
Cargo balance control: maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of cargo balances and movements.
Experience in managing customer relations teams.
Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills.
Strong customer and solution orientation.
Solid knowledge of PC operation.
Knowledge of Romanian and Russian languages.
