Lorema Estetic, official distributor of professional cosmetology products and equipment, is looking for an experienced Sales Director to lead and develop the company's commercial department.
Developing and implementing the sales strategy at the national level.
Leading, motivating and developing the team of sales managers.
Establishing and monitoring monthly, quarterly and annual commercial objectives.
Performance analysis and identification of opportunities to increase sales.
Development of the portfolio of strategic clients (clinics, salon chains, distributors).
Negotiating major contracts and maintaining relationships with key partners.
Collaborating with marketing, logistics and finance departments to optimize processes.
Representing the company at profile events, conferences and international fairs.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales management positions (preferably in beauty, medical, pharma or FMCG).
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Strategic thinking and strong results orientation.
Knowledge of local and regional markets in the field of aesthetics is a major advantage.
Advanced knowledge of Romanian and Russian; English is mandatory.
Category B driving license.
Availability for frequent travel.
