Development of content and SMM strategy in collaboration with leadership;
Creation of a monthly content plan and management of Instagram (main) and Facebook accounts (selection of photos and videos, writing text);
Creating Instagram Stories;
Generating content ideas (monitoring competitors' social media pages, analyzing competitors, developing a matrix of target audience pains and objections);
Updating profile bio and links;
Editing photos and videos in mobile editors;
Analyzing statistics and weekly reporting;
Generating ideas for contests and special projects;
Moderating the brand's social pages, responding to subscriber inquiries;
Writing and publishing posts and Stories;
Engaging with the audience and managing negative feedback.
At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing and managing social media accounts;
Strong knowledge of online marketing, social media advertising, and strategies for increasing engagement;
Excellent writing and communication skills in English;
Experience with analytics and performance monitoring tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.);
Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently;
Basic knowledge of graphic design (Adobe Photoshop, Canva) is an advantage;
Knowledge of SEO and content management for websites is an advantage.
