Job description

We're hiring: Technical Specialist for Claims Management

Responsibility

  • Prompt response, acceptance, and review of customer complaints;

  • Rapid deployment to the customer for rectification of identified discrepancies through rework and/or complete rework of parts;

  • Prevention and minimization of conflict situations affecting customer loyalty;

  • Active work with sales agents and quality service;

  • Maintenance of current documentation of customer complaints;

  • Proficient oral communication (Romanian, Russian)

  • Responsibility (to be accountable for decisions made)

  • Ability to work in a team (in conjunction with related departments)

  • Learnability (to be able, and willing, to learn)

  • Stress resistance

  • Good physical fitness

  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment

  • Additional requirements: Word, Excel, proficiency in using measuring tools, and the ability to read blueprints is desirable
