We're hiring: Technical Specialist for Claims Management
Prompt response, acceptance, and review of customer complaints;
Rapid deployment to the customer for rectification of identified discrepancies through rework and/or complete rework of parts;
Prevention and minimization of conflict situations affecting customer loyalty;
Active work with sales agents and quality service;
Maintenance of current documentation of customer complaints;
Proficient oral communication (Romanian, Russian)
Sociability
Responsibility (to be accountable for decisions made)
Ability to work in a team (in conjunction with related departments)
Learnability (to be able, and willing, to learn)
Stress resistance
Good physical fitness
Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
Additional requirements: Word, Excel, proficiency in using measuring tools, and the ability to read blueprints is desirable
