We're expanding our team and hiring a B2G and B2B Sales Manager.

Responsibility

What you will do at your new job:

About HORECA:

- You will systematically visit existing customers;

- You will regularly extend offers to existing and potential customers via: email, visits, systematic calls;

- You will analyze the market and identify potential clients;

- You will approach, must visit potential clients and sign contracts with them, covering the entire country. (lodges, hotels, restaurants, cafes, camps, nurseries, charity organizations, etc.)

- You will collect and track client payments and debts;

- You will prepare monthly reports on client status, sales, and ongoing projects.

About BIDDING:

- You will prepare, complete, and submit applications for bidding documents;

- You will analyze specifications and present the technical offer during the bidding process;

- You will negotiate and correspond with the bidding organizers;

- You will compile reports, as requested by management, regarding the work performed.

Obligations

- Minimum 2 years of experience;

- Fluent in Romanian, Russian, and English;

- Possess a driver's license and own a personal vehicle;

- Skilled in sales with the ability to help us increase our sales;

- Punctual, well-organized, a team player, and highly proactive;

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

- Creative and eager to inspire others;

- An independent individual with initiative, you will be granted full freedom to operate.

Salary

  • Good salary, dependent on how good YOU are at sales (fixed salary + % of sales + performance bonus).
