• Maintaining client relationships before, during, and after the transaction
• Collaborating with the internal team to update listings and sales strategies
• Adhering to deadlines and monthly performance objectives
• Monitoring the real estate market and local trends
• Assisting in the process of drafting contracts and necessary documents
📌 Requirements:
• Experience in real estate (or the desire to learn quickly)
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to work with clients and manage real estate properties
• Basic knowledge of the local real estate market
• Analytical thinking and a solution-oriented attitude
• Availability for a flexible schedule and travel within the city
• Initiative, motivation, and a desire for performance
• Proficiency in Romanian (Russian and/or English – an advantage)
• Basic PC skills, Word, Excel, advertisement platforms
• Driver's license category B (advantage)
