We are now looking for a Project Manager for the LED Screens department – a responsible, logical and solution-oriented person.
You take over existing contacts – you don't look for new clients, but work with the requests that are already coming in.
You analyze customer needs and propose personalized technical solutions.
You work daily in CRM and 1C - you manage leads, update statuses, keep track of documents and deadlines.
You communicate clearly and logically with clients in Romanian and Russian.
You manage objections and turn a difficult customer into a satisfied one.
You coordinate the operational side – offers, contracts, invoices, installations.
You monitor the implementation of projects – you ensure that deadlines and quality are met.
Participate in exhibitions and presentations , representing the company with professionalism.
You are traveling within the territory (category B driving license required).
1–3 years of experience in technical sales or project management (preferably in a technical field).
Practical knowledge of CRM and 1C – at the level of daily use.
Romanian and Russian fluently , written and spoken correctly.
Excellent communication, negotiation and analysis skills.
Autonomy, discipline, attention to detail and willingness to learn technical details.
Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with other departments.
