Searching & attracting new customers – working with cold and warm databases, calls to the corporate segment.
Identifying needs & working with decision-makers – negotiating with HR directors, office managers, marketers, department heads.
Presenting services – organizing meetings (online/offline), preparing personalized commercial offers.
Concluding transactions – negotiating and establishing collaboration terms.
Documentation – drafting contracts, controlling payments, and ensuring transaction terms are met.
Client oversight – monitoring the fulfillment of transaction conditions, maintaining a high level of service.
Working with CRM – managing client databases, recording negotiation histories, updating transaction statuses.
Participating in the development of new services – analyzing market needs and making proposals for their improvement.
Realizing sales plans – working with monthly and seasonal objectives, participating in meetings and trainings.
Experience of at least 1 year in sales (preferably B2B).
Knowledge about cold and warm sales techniques.
Negotiation skills and deal closing (over the phone and in meetings).
Experience with CRM systems (is an advantage).
Good command of Romanian and Russian language (spoken and written), good PC skills.
Communication skills, proactive, results-oriented.
Self-organization in multitasking.
Willingness to develop and improve professional level.
