Creation and development of the sales department in B2B and B2C segments
Establishing goals, plans, and performance indicators (KPIs) and monitoring their achievement
Developing and implementing customer acquisition strategies
Maintaining relationships with strategic partners and expanding the customer portfolio
Market analysis, monitoring competition, and involvement in the pricing process
Selecting, training, and motivating the sales team
Close collaboration with marketing and operational departments
Minimum of 3 years experience in service sales (cleaning, HoReCa, real estate – an advantage)
At least 1 year of managerial experience
Strategic thinking, systematic approach, and result orientation
Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills
Advanced mastery of CRMs and Excel
Initiative, responsibility, and a desire to grow together with the team
