Responsibility

  • Ensuring uninterrupted operation of the delivery service;

  • Managing the "Operators" department (training, organization, and performance monitoring);

  • Managing the "Couriers" department (organization and performance monitoring of delivery service couriers);

  • Developing optimal delivery routes;

  • Ensuring delivery speed aligns with planned time;

  • Checking the completeness of delivery orders (from guest call to doorstep delivery);

  • Ongoing work on optimizing the guest delivery process;

  • Creating a friendly and cozy atmosphere within the team.

Obligations

* Experience in the food service industry is mandatory (café, restaurant, delivery). * Experience in a managerial position for at least 6 months (senior administrator, manager, administrator). * Desired experience as a delivery service administrator. * Experience in leading a team of at least 10 people. * Leadership skills and ability to build friendly relationships with staff. * Results-oriented. * Good knowledge of the city. * PC literacy. * Responsible attitude towards work. * Ability to prioritize tasks correctly.
