The housekeeper at Tulip Residence will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel's rooms and common areas. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a customer service-oriented attitude.
Cleaning and arranging rooms according to the hotel's standards, including changing bed linens, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning bathrooms;
Monitoring and restocking cleaning supplies and necessary items in the rooms (soap, shampoo, towels, etc.);
Interacting with guests in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring that any request or question is promptly addressed.
Previous experience in the cleaning industry, preferably in a hotel environment, is an advantage;
Special attention to detail to ensure a high level of cleanliness and order.
