The receptionist at Tulip Residence will be the first point of contact for the hotel's guests, playing a vital role in providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience!
Managing the check-in and check-out process for guests, including completing required documents and processing payments;
Handling and managing bookings by phone, email, and through online systems. Updating room availability information;
Handling correspondence, updating records, and performing other necessary administrative tasks.
The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
Knowledge of Romanian and Russian, and intermediate level English.

Work schedule: 08:00-20:00, 2 days on/2 days off
