At least 6 years of progressive experience in a management role;
Strong leadership and people management skills;
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
Fluent in written and oral French, medium level of English;
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously;
Proven experience in analysis, forecasting, and budgeting;
Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment;
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines;
Expertise in utilizing diverse operating programs is essential, including proficiency in MS Office package. Additionally, familiarity with SAP/Oracle would be an advantage.
