Coordinating assigned teams by monitoring individual objectives, tracking performance indicators, and ensuring deadlines are met;
Resolving emerging issues with the aim of improving outcomes and guaranteeing customer satisfaction, in accordance with quality and productivity indicators;
Effectively collaborating with operational managers and relevant decision-making parties to overcome potential obstacles;
Providing support, assistance, and performance evaluation for subordinate managers, with the goal of developing skills and achieving maximum potential;
Applying a long-term strategic vision in managing operational flows and improving existing processes through the generation and implementation of innovative ideas and solutions;
Preparing and validating recurring or ad-hoc reports, as needed;
Actively participating in the recruitment and selection process of staff for the managed departments
To successfully meet the requirements of this role, you will need:
Completed higher education;
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar position, with expertise in coordinating large teams;
Previous experience in a multinational work environment is an advantage;
Knowledge of French (minimum level B1) and English (minimum level A2);
Skills in using Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook);
Ability to adapt to various cultures and professional environments;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Excellent time management and efficient organization skills.
