Your main missions will be:
Ensuring the team members adhere to the values, rules, and procedures;
Reporting results in management meetings and proposing solutions for improvement;
Driving team performance and fostering a positive working environment within the team;
Providing operational support for various tasks, missions, projects;
Animating/motivating the team; maintaining the quality of the team's work and the reliability of the data provided;
Setting and communicating operational objectives to team members;
Evaluating employees based on the established objectives.
To succeed in this mission, you will need:
Completed higher education (nice to have – in the economic field);
Previous experience in a relevant field (prior expertise working with data);
Experience in leading and managing a team (minimum 1 year) or exposure to top management;
Proficiency in French or English – minimum level B2;
Strong skills in using MS Office package, especially Excel;
Analytical mindset and long-term vision;
Good time management, communication, and administrative skills;
Willingness to travel for work when needed.
