Ars Digitalis is the company behind the successful brand 21Collagen, present in Romania and in the midst of an international expansion process. We manage our own eCommerce projects and are in search of an experienced Performance Marketing Manager who is results-oriented and can help us efficiently scale our promotional campaigns.
🎯 What you will do:
You will plan, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads), TikTok Ads, Pinterest, and others.
You will manage budgets of tens of thousands of euros monthly, with clear objectives of reducing CPA, increasing ROAS, and optimizing the conversion funnel.
You will analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Looker Studio, and other relevant tools.
You will work together with content, creative, and CRO teams to ensure messages align with target audiences.
You will constantly test new audiences, channels, formats, and campaign structures.
You will have the freedom to propose and implement growth strategies on international markets.
✅ Requirements:
Proven hands-on experience with Facebook Ads and Google Ads (mandatory).
Experience in performance marketing for online stores, preferably in the beauty / supplements / health & wellness niche.
Solid understanding of tracking methods, conversions, attribution, and optimization in eCommerce.
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and data interpretation.
Experience with TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, or other platforms – a real advantage.
Analytical thinking, attention to detail, quick in testing and adjusting.
Experience working with cross-functional teams (design, content, dev, marketing).
