Our client is a successful entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in the furniture industry. He manages two production factories and a showroom in Chișinău, successfully introduced the brand to the Romanian and Paris markets. In addition, the client conducts lectures for aspiring entrepreneurs. In line with business expansion, we are looking for a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for implementing marketing campaigns and developing the company.
What you'll be doing:
Launching and managing various marketing campaigns;
Monitoring internal processes and tasks related to the implementation of marketing initiatives;
Managing the company's social media pages (SMM) and working with content;
Analyzing data, creating statistical reports, and working with numbers;
Participating in the strategic planning of marketing activities;
Working with the team remotely via Zoom.

You are an experienced marketer capable of effectively managing a team and processes;
You are organized and can work in a multi-tasking environment, punctual, and responsible;
You are communicative, can find common ground with people, and enjoy working in a team;
You have logical thinking and can articulate your thoughts clearly and concisely;
You are not afraid of working with numbers, can compile reports, analyze data, and work with spreadsheets;
You can independently launch marketing campaigns and monitor their execution;
You have a high attention to detail and are not afraid of technical work;
You are autonomous, capable of making decisions, and not afraid to take on responsibility.
