The recruitment agency AssistMatch is looking for a PR & Social Media Manager for a retail company in Moldova. If you have experience in digital marketing, are passionate about social media, and wish to lead a creative team, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Coordinating a team of 3 people from the Social Media department.
Creating, planning, and implementing campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others.
Setting up and managing targeting campaigns on Meta and Google.
Developing and drafting appealing content for social media and websites, using copywriting techniques.
Optimizing content visibility through SEO strategies.
Establishing KPIs for campaigns and consistently monitoring performance.
Managing the marketing budget and compiling detailed reports on campaign performance.
Minimum 2 years of experience in managing social networks, preferably in the retail sector.
Coordination and leadership abilities for team management.
Advanced knowledge in targeting (Meta and Google) and SEO optimization.
Experience using Google Analytics and other performance measurement tools.
Advanced knowledge of Romanian, Russian, and English languages.
Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for the online environment.
The ability to work in a dynamic environment, managing several projects simultaneously.
