Brashovsky Agency is looking for an energetic and creative marketer with grand ideas for developing effective strategies that will draw customers' attention to our products.
Development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote products and services;
Planning and launching advertising campaigns (digital, SMM, contextual ads, and other channels);
Target audience analysis and market research to identify new opportunities;
Management of the content creation process: from concepts to publication;
Evaluation of campaign effectiveness, data analysis, and report preparation;
Collaboration with the team consisting of a designer, copywriter, SMM specialist, and other members;
Keeping up with marketing trends and adopting innovative solutions.
Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing;
Mandatory knowledge of Russian and Romanian languages;
Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Яндекс.Директ, Meta Ads, analytics platforms);
Understanding of the target audience's needs, with skills in SMM, SEO, and email marketing;
Ability to analyze data and transform it into insights;
Experience in launching campaigns that generate results;
Creative and proactive person in solving tasks;
Work experience with large brands or major projects is an advantage.
