Customer database analysis: Monitoring and analyzing customer behavior, identifying trends, and understanding factors that affect retention.
Retention strategy development: Creating and implementing programs and strategies focused on retaining existing customers. This may include promotional offers, loyalty programs, personalized deals, and other tools.
Communication with customers: Interacting with customers through various communication channels, including email, SMS, phone calls, social media, and others, to stay in touch and resolve any issues.
Monitoring retention program effectiveness: Assessing the results and effectiveness of implemented retention strategies, and making adjustments if necessary.
Competitive environment analysis: Studying competitors' actions in customer retention, adapting own strategies based on market changes.
Creating reports and analyses: Preparing regular reports on retention program progress, providing analyses to company leadership.
Collaboration with other departments: Cooperating with marketing, sales, customer service, and other departments to ensure a coordinated approach to customer retention.
Work experience in a similar position for at least 2 years;
Planning skills. Self-organization and self-discipline, adherence to deadlines;
Ability to express your thoughts clearly and concisely;
Competent spoken and written discourse;
Flexible communication;
Languages RO-C2; RU-B1.
