We are in search of a passionate Marketing Specialist interested in promotion and communication, who can contribute to increasing brand visibility and sales through effective campaigns, both online and offline.
Creation and publication of content for social networks (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok)
Managing email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp or other platforms)
Development of promotional printed materials: flyers, catalogs, brochures, etc.
Co-organizing participation in exhibitions, fairs, and agricultural events
Collaborating with advertising agencies and promotional service providers
Analysis of campaign results and proposing optimizations
Photographing and filming products in the field or at clients' locations
Monitoring competition and marketing trends
Expectations and objectives:
Increasing engagement on social networks
Generating leads from digital marketing campaigns
Adhering to delivery deadlines for materials
Higher education in marketing, communication, journalism, public relations, or design – is an advantage
Driving license category B – is an advantage
Knowledge in digital marketing, Meta Ads, editing, email marketing platforms, and AI
Skills to work with: Canva, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, Google Drive, CapCut
Languages: Romanian and Russian – mandatory, English – an advantage
Permanent employment contract
Salary: 12,000 lei net during the probation period (3 months), with the possibility of an increase to 15,000 lei based on performance
