Team Leader Marketing

PandaTur is hiring a Team Leader for our Marketing Team

• Management and development of the marketing department;

• Responsible for implementing the company's sales plan in the markets of Moldova and Romania;

• Company brand management;

• Developing a marketing strategy;

• Planning advertising campaigns and activities;

• Analysis of marketing effectiveness.

  Tasks:

  • Building end-to-end analyses and complete digitalization of marketing;

  • Developing the Romanian market;

  • Increasing market share in Moldova;

  • Assistance in implementing the sales plan.

• Excellent understanding of all promotion channels - Digital, PR, Events, CRM, SMM, Radio, OOH;

• Experience in team building and management, establishing KPIs.
