We're expanding our team and hiring a Marketing Specialist.
You will monitor and coordinate all the work processes with the marketing agency the company collaborates with, specifically:
You will approve the SMM plan created by the marketing team for social networks (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.);
You will provide the necessary support to the marketing team in all creative processes (photo shoots, video sessions, etc.);
You will create a monthly promotional campaign plan for META and Google ADS and monitor its implementation by the marketing team;
You will present periodic marketing reports and offer recommendations for improving strategies and outcomes;
You will manage relations with the media and influencers to promote the brand's image.
You are the ideal candidate if:
You have education and experience in marketing or related fields;
You are an effective communicator, both in writing and verbally;
You have a creative spirit, but also a keen attention to detail;
You possess organizational, planning, and analytical skills;
You are proficient in Romanian, Russian, and English.
