Planning, coordinating, and implementing marketing campaigns (online, offline, B2B, B2C);
Setting campaign goals and KPIs, tracking results, and adjusting actions based on performance;
Coordinating internal and external teams (agencies, creatives, content providers);
Managing marketing budgets and adhering to delivery deadlines;
Organizing promotional, corporate, or festive events;
Creating and publishing content on social networks and the company's website;
Monitoring the competition and adapting the marketing strategy;
Producing performance reports and post-campaign analysis;
Managing relationships with the team, suppliers, and internal stakeholders;
Maintaining administrative records (budgets, invoices, promotional materials, etc.).
Completed higher education (marketing, communication, management or related fields);
Minimum 3 years of experience in managing marketing projects;
Advanced knowledge in strategic planning, team coordination, and project management;
Experience with project management platforms (e.g., Bitrix, ClickUp);
Leadership, communication, and organizational skills;
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
Advanced level of Romanian and Russian (written and spoken);
Analytical skills, strategic thinking, and results orientation;
Creativity, initiative, and the ability to quickly adapt to changes.
