Sensorica is the first immersive and interactive art space in Moldova — a place where technology and art meet to create memorable emotional experiences. We are looking for an autonomous, creative and well-organized Social Media Manager to build and develop our online presence.
What will you do:
Complete management of our channels: Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
Creating content plans based on existing marketing strategy
Making Reels/short-form videos :
independent (filming + editing)
and together with our external partners (filming and editing teams)
Writing all communications in Romanian at a fluent level
Developing creative ideas, storytelling and social media campaigns
Analyze content performance and adjust direction when necessary
Managing comments and messages with a professional, warm and approachable tone
Exploring trends and adapting content to platform dynamics
Working mode and autonomy
Role with full ownership over social media
You work autonomously, but in direct collaboration with the marketing team
You have the freedom to propose and test new ideas
Constant support from the team, without rigid hierarchies
